An Updated Update of an Updated Non-Updated Update
So I met with my plastic surgeon recently. He seemed genuinely impressed with the weight I have lost (approximately 40 lbs.). I'm back on the 'to-be-scheduled' surgery list, but I've been down this road before. Though I'm cautiously optimistic it will actually happen "soon-ish;" I also remain skeptical, so as to protect myself from further heartbreak in the future. Getting my hopes up has not worked so well for me in the past. Although I'm fairly open with information regarding my gender confirmation journey overall, I'm going to keep further details about my (hopefully) upcoming 'bottom' surgery to myself for awhile.
